"Aurubis Bulgaria" awarded employees with 20 years of service with gold rings

Aurubis Bulgaria held its traditional ceremony for awarding employees with 20 years of service at the copper plant. Eight of the company's long-serving employees were awarded gold rings - a symbol of gratitude and recognition for their contribution to the company's success.

Tim Kurth, Chief Operating Officer of Aurubis Group and CEO of Aurubis Bulgaria, congratulated the awarded employees and expressed his sincere gratitude for their dedication over the years. He wished the awardees health, success and many more achievements in the future.

Special guest of the event was the writer, playwright, and screenwriter Zahari Karabashliev, who congratulated the employees and shared his admiration for the company. He likened Aurubis to the ancient Greek god of metalworking, Hephaestus, who symbolizes strength and skill, and noted the importance of the company's role in the industry. As a mark of respect, Karabashliev presented the awardees with his latest book, "Rana".

The eight employees - Damyan Petrov, Dancho Todoreov, Zlatomir Kalchev, Ilian Iliev, Lidiya Nedeleva, Lyubomir Darakov, Miroslav Chervenkov and Radoslav Simeonov - were presented at the event. Their first working days in the company were associated with important historical events, which underlined the importance of their contribution over the years.

On behalf of the honorees, Radoslav Simeonov expressed his gratitude to the team and management for their support and trust over the past 20 years.

The ceremony ended in a friendly atmosphere, captured in photos for remembrance.
