Cyber attack at Aurubis

Dear Sir or Madam,

We would hereby like to inform you that Aurubis AG is postponing the publication of the Annual Report (FY 2021/22) until December 21, 2022. The background to this is the cyberattack on our IT systems on Oct. 28, 2022, which also affected the systems for preparing the consolidated financial statements and the non-financial report.

Accordingly, we will publish the annual report at 7 a.m. (CET) on December 21, hold a press conference at 10 a.m. and an analyst call at 2 p.m.
